UP TO THEIR OLD TRICKS AGAIN

THEME FROM LAST NIGHT: THE GRAND SALAMI
THEME FROM LAST NIGHT: THE GRAND SALAMI

What a game that was. The Phils came back not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR friggin times to beat the Nationals 13-11. That marks the second game in a row that this Phillies offense has put up 13 runs. Obviously of the 13 runs 8 were driven in by Ryan Howard and Raul Ibanez on two HUGE grand salamis. That is Howard’s 6th career grand slam and Rauuuuul’s 8th career grand slam. The two are becoming Salami Pirates. Big Baby Blanton, unfortunately, didn’t pitch well at all and according to him by “stunk” and couldn’t locate any of his pitches. The important thing though is the Phils pulled out the victory. Imagine if this team’s pitching gets it’s shit together? Look out…

The Amazing calls of Franzke and LA on both Grand Slams last night…

Douche of the Day…

DOUCHE OF THE DAY: ELIJAH DUKES (REPEAT)
DOUCHE OF THE DAY: ELIJAH DUKES (REPEAT)

Man those 2 are great at calling big moments. Part of me wants them both on TV, but that would take away from the excitement of waiting for you to post the audio clips. Get ready to make Scott Olsen your DOTD, I hope we light his ass up.

  2. Scott Olsen was already the designated DotD for tomorrow. I might just draw a huge penis on his face.

  3. Two things- Dukes may be a douche, but dude can blast ’em! Also, is that Israeli salami in the picture?

No words can describe how I feel right now seeing Elijah Douche being a repeat DOTD.

Exactly what I’ve been saying. This could be the hottest the Phillies offense has started in years and to be 10-8 with one of the worst starting ERAs is something to look at and say exactly what I just quoted from you.

Law of averages say it’ll even out sooner or later but imagine all these guys staying like this? Howard hasn’t been this hot to start a season since 06. No one wants to pitch to Rauuuuuul. I’m so amped listening to those calls again!!
